Accommodation voucher can only be purchased through Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong eShop. 此住宿禮券只在香港四季酒店網上商店出售。
Purchased Accommodation voucher will be available for collection at The Boutique on G/F at the Hotel. Physical voucher must be presented upon redemption. 已購買的住宿禮券可於酒店大堂的精品店自行提取。兌換此禮券時必須出示實物作憑證。
Each Accommodation voucher can only be used once. Accommodation vouchers are not exchangeable for cash. Unutilized balance cannot be refunded, carried forward nor combined. 每張住宿禮券只能使用一次。住宿禮券不可兌換現金。未使用的餘額亦不可退還，結轉或合併。
Accommodation voucher is only valid for your purchased room type with daily buffet breakfast for two persons. 此住宿禮券只適用於你已選購的房間類型住宿連同雙人自助早餐。
Redemption of the Accommodation voucher is valid from January 3 to February 28, 2021 and no extension will be allowed. If failed to redeem by the validity, it shall be deemed as forfeited. 此住宿禮券適用於2021年1月3日2月28日使用並不可延期。如未能於限期前兌換, 此住宿禮券將會作廢。
Accommodation voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotions. 此住宿禮券不可與其他優惠同時使用。
Lost voucher will not be replaced nor its value refunded. 遺失的禮券將不予補發，也不會退還其價值。
Purchased Accommodation voucher is non-refundable and is not for re-sale or other commercial purposes. 住宿禮券不可退款，也不可用於轉售或作其他商業用途。
In case of any dispute, the decision of Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong shall be final. 如有任何爭議，香港四季酒店保留最終決定權。
