Terms & Conditions:

• Each email confirmation for Four Seasons Mooncakes can be redeemed only for the selected package
  
• Each email confirmation for Four Seasons Mooncakes can only be used once and is not exchangeable for cash
  
• Email confirmation for Four Seasons Mooncakes cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotions
  
• Lost email confirmation for Four Seasons Mooncakes will not be replaced nor its value refunded
  
• Purchased Four Seasons Mooncakes is non-refundable and is not for re-sale or other commercial purposes
  
• Four Seasons Mooncakes are available for pickup from August 1 to September 16, 2024 at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong Cake Shop (10:00am to 8:00 pm) and no extension will be allowed. Guests must present the email confirmation for Four Seasons Mooncakes or Mooncake Vouchers upon redemption. Original price will be charged in absence of the email confirmation
  
• Please provide a minimum 72-hour advance notice prior to your preferred collection date by contacting Cake Shop of Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong at 3196 8708 or via email shop.hkg@fourseasons.com
  
• If you do not select pickup date and time upon checkout, redemption of mooncake is subject to availability
  
• Photos are for reference only
  
• In case of any dispute, the decision of Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong shall be final
