• Gift Certificates can only be purchased through Four Seasons Hong Kong eShop
  此優惠只在香港四季酒店網上商店出售
• Redemption Gift Certificates will be issued in the denomination of HKD5,000 each
  禮品券會以每張面額港幣5,000元發行
• Redemption of the Gift Certificate valid for 12 months start from order date and no extension will be allowed.
  禮券有效期為12個月，由購買當日起計並不可延期
  
• Gift Certificates are not exchangeable for cash and no refund for unutilized balance. Unutilized balance cannot be carried forward nor combined
  禮品券不可兌換現金，未使用的餘額亦不可退還。未動用的餘額亦不能結轉或合併
• Gift Certificates can only be used at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong
  此禮品券只能在香港四季酒店使用
• Gift Certificates are not valid for online shop, Sushi Saito and Tempura Uchitsu 
  禮品券不適用於香港四季酒店網上商店，鮨．齋藤 及 廣尾內津
• Lost Gift Certificates will not be replaced nor its value refunded
  遺失的禮品券將不予補發，也不會退還其價值
• Physical Gift Certificates must be presented upon redemption
  兌換禮品券時必須出示實物作憑證
• Each Gift Certificate can only be used once and unused vouchers will not be refunded
  每張禮品券只能使用一次，未使用的禮品券將不予退還
• 24 hours advanced purchase is required.

• In case of any disputes, the decision of Four Seasons Hotel shall be final
