• The price is inclusive of 10% service charge.

• Purchased Staycation Certificate will be available for collection at Cake Shop. Please present the confirmation email upon collection.
  已購買的住宿禮券可於餅店領取。兌換此禮券時必須出示電子郵件作憑證
• HKD1,000 Dining Credit can be used towards dining at The Lounge, Gallery and In-Room Dining.
  HKD1,000餐飲消費額可於The Lounge, Gallery或客房使用
• Unused credit cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded, and cannot be deducted from the room rate.
  未使用的餐飲消費額不能兌換現金或退款，也不能從房價中扣除
• Staycation Certificate is valid until September 30, 2022, available on Monday - Thursday.
  禮券有效期至2022年9月30日, 星期一至四使用。
• Staycation Certificate is not valid on, September 10-11, 2022.
  禮券不適用於2022年9月10-11日
• Certificates cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotions.
  禮券不能與其他折扣或推廣同時使用。
• Reservation needs to be made 24-hour in advance and is subject to availability.

• Certificates are not exchangeable for cash and unutilized certificates are non-refundable.

• Lost certificates will not be replaced nor its value refunded
  遺失的禮券將不予補發，也不會退還其價值
• Physical certificates must be presented upon redemption

• Each certificate can only be used once.

• On case of any disputes, the decision of Four Seasons Hotel shall be final
