• Purchased Staycation Certificate will be available for collection at Cake Shop. Please present the confirmation email upon collection.
  已購買的住宿禮券可於餅店領取。兌換此禮券時必須出示電子郵件作憑證
• Staycation Certificate is valid for 6 months from the day of purchase.
  禮券於購買日起六個月有效
• Certificates cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotions.
  禮券不能與其他折扣或推廣同時使用
• Blackout dates: Dec 24,25, 31, 2022, Jan 1, 21-23, 2023, Apr 7-9, 2023.
  禮券不適用於2022年12月24日25日31日, 2023年1月1日21-23日, 2023年4月7-9日。
• Reservation needs to be made 24-hour in advance and is subject to availability.

• Certificates are not exchangeable for cash and unutilized certificates are non-refundable.

• Certificates can only be used at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong

• Lost certificates will not be replaced nor its value refunded
  遺失的禮券將不予補發，也不會退還其價值
• Physical certificates must be presented upon redemption
  兌換禮券時必須出示實物作憑證
• Each certificate can only be used once.

• On case of any disputes, the decision of Four Seasons Hotel shall be final
