Dive into his world with the signature Vanilla, Caramel, and Pecan Puff, available from now till March 21, 2024 on eShop.

This signature dessert, the Choux à la Crème, is an iconic representation of French patisserie. Each choux is a harmonious blend of salted caramel cream, crunchy pecan nuts, and delicate vanilla Chantilly cream. Elevated with homemade caramelized vanilla, pecans, and a special syrup infused with the warm notes of cinnamon and star anise, it's a delightful treat that speaks directly to the heart of indulgence.
