Only imported flowers are used in our bouquets. If a flower pictured is unavailable for any reason, we will substitute this for a flower of the same monetary value and in a similar style and colours. If you have specific requirements for your bouquet, please call us to let us know.

- The email confirmation entitles the holder to redeem the purchased item
- Email confirmation must be presented upon pickup/ redemption
- Confirmation email is valid for one-time redemption and only valid on the specified date (your pickup date)

The purchased item can be redeemed at the Cake Shop on the Lobby Level from 11am to 8pm at the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong only

- The email confirmation cannot be exchanged for cash, or any other products, vouchers or services
- Purchased item is non-refundable and is not for resale or commercial purposes

Delivery Note:

Our door-to-door delivery service is available from Monday to Sunday. Delivery times can be scheduled for 10am to 2pm or 2pm to 7pm. The cut-off times for placing orders for delivery are as follows:
Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays):
- Orders placed before 12 noon; the earliest delivery will be the next day in the morning (10am - 2pm)
- Orders placed before 6 pm; the earliest delivery will be the next day in the afternoon (2pm - 7pm)
- Orders placed after 6pm; the orders will be handled on the next day, with the earliest delivery scheduled for the day after
Sundays and Public Holidays:
- Orders will be handled on the next working day
- Therefore, if you place an order on Sunday, the earliest delivery time will be Tuesday from 10am to 2pm
