    VISA, MasterCard, American Express and China UnionPay can be accepted for the online payment.
  • Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?
    We can deliver one order only to one address. If you wish to deliver to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each. 
  • Can I change my order after it has been placed?
    Once your order has been confirmed, no changes, cancellation or refund will be accepted. 
  • I just placed my order. Can I add another item to it?
    Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order.
  • I Keep Getting An Error When Trying To Place An Order. What Should I Do?
    If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with the information you entered about your credit card, billing or shipping address. Please review all information closely and look for typos or mis-keyed numbers.
