Pickup and Delivery

  • Please present order confirmation to redeem purchased item(s) at Cake Shop, Lobby Level, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong.
  • Pickup time is from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on your selected date when you check out on e-Shop
  • Delivery service can be arranged with an additional charge per location order.
    Delivery Service is available for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and urban areas of New Territories, excluding Outlying Islands, Lantau Island and remote areas.
  • Delivery Service Fee: Hong Kong Island: HK$200 per address per item; Kowloon: HK$300 per address per item; New Territories: HK$500 per address per item.
  • Should you wish to deliver your order to multiple locations or partially, please place your order separately

  • 可安排送貨服務，按每個送貨地點額外收費。
  • 送貨服務適用於港島、九龍及新界市區，不包括離島、大嶼山及偏遠地區。
  • 送貨服務費：香港島：每個地址每件 200 港元； 九龍：每個地址每件300港元； 新界：每個地址每件 500 港元。
  • 如需要將訂單配送至多個地點或分開配送，請按地點及貨品單獨下單。
