Preparation is key. This program is designed to take the hard work out of the two months leading up to the big day.

Includes:

• Initial consultation with a holistic practitioner
• Eight sessions of M6 body toning and lymphatic drainage (60 minutes each)
• Four facials by Biologique Recherche: three Skin Perfector facials (90 minutes each) and one Second Skin facial (120 minutes)
• Two Ayurvedic therapies: Abhyanga massage, Shirodhara therapy
• A Reawakening Ritual: full-body exfoliation, full-body wrap and massage
• A Cranial Sacral therapy session for pain relief and self-healing
• A Gong Bath sound therapy session for de-stressing
• A shellac manicure and pedicure

• The voucher can be redeemed for the assigned treatment and can only be purchased through Four Seasons Hong Kong eShop
• The Spa voucher will be available for collection at The Spa, located on the 6/F of the Hotel. A physical voucher must be presented upon redemption
