• Each email confirmation for Lung King Heen Mooncakes can be redeemed only for the selected package

• Lung King Heen Mooncakes are available for pickup from September 22 to October 05, 2025 at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong Festive Desk (10:00am to 8:00 pm) and no extension will be allowed. Guests must present the email confirmation for Lung King Heen Mooncakes upon redemption. Original price will be charged in absence of the email confirmation
  
• Please provide a minimum 72-hour advance notice prior to your preferred collection date by contacting Cake Shop of Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong at 3196 8708 or via email shop.hkg@fourseasons.com.
  
• If you do not select pickup date and time upon checkout, redemption of mooncake is subject to availability
