- Each email confirmation for a Lung King Heen hamper can be redeemed only for the selected package.
- Each email confirmation for a Lung King Heen hamper can only be used once and is not exchangeable for cash.
- Email confirmations for Lung King Heen hampers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
- Lost email confirmations for Lung King Heen hampers will not be replaced or refunded.
- Purchased Lung King Heen hampers are non-refundable and are not for resale or other commercial purposes.
- Lung King Heen hampers are available for pickup from August 7 to September 24, 2026, at the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong Festive Desk (10:00 am to 8:00 pm). No extension will be allowed. Guests must present their email confirmation upon redemption. The original price will be charged if the email confirmation is not presented.
- Please provide a minimum of 72 hours’ advance notice prior to your preferred collection date by contacting the Cake Shop of Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong at (852) 3196 8708 or via email at shop.hkg@fourseasons.com.
- If delivery is required, the delivery charge will be calculated per hamper. Please contact the Festive Team for delivery inquiries.
- Photos are for reference only.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong shall be final.
