- Pool Terrace team will contact the guests to confirm the selected date and time slot after the purchase is made
- The redemption of the voucher is valid for the selected date and time slot. No extensions or changes of date are allowed (Besides weather issues)
- A 48-hour advance reservation is required and is subject to availability
- The offer only applies to 18 years old or above.

- An e-voucher will be sent to your registered email within 12 hours of a successful purchase
