• The voucher can be redeemed on the assigned treatment and can only be purchased through Four Seasons Hong Kong eShop
• The Spa voucher will be available for collection at The Spa located on 6/F at the Hotel. Physical voucher must be presented upon redemption
• Redemption of the Spa Voucher is valid until September 28, 2023 and no extension will be allowed
• The price is inclusive of 10% service charge and is calculated based on the original price
• Blackout dates apply to all public holidays
• The Spa voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions
• Lost voucher will not be replaced nor its value refunded
• Purchased Spa voucher is non-refundable and is not for re-sale or other commercial purposes
• Each Spa voucher can only be used once. Spa vouchers are not exchangeable for cash. Unutilized balance cannot be refunded, carried forward nor combined
