• An official reservation confirmation will be sent to your email address in 24 hours after purchase. Reservation confirmation must be presented upon check-in
• The price includes 10% service charge and 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax
  
• No cancellations are allowed. Once the purchase is made, it is non-refundable
• Room reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance and are subject to hotel reservation availability
  
• If you need to change your reservation, you must notify the reservation department: res.hongkong@fourseasons.com at least 24 hours before 6:00 pm Hong Kong local time before the original arrival date. Otherwise, the hotel will charge the guest the room rate plus tax at the time of reservation as liquidated damages
• Each reservation confirmation can only be used once and is not exchangeable for cash. Unutilized balance cannot be refunded, carried forward nor combined
• Redemption of the Accommodation Package is valid for your purchased stay date only and no extension will be allowed. If failed to redeem by the validity, it shall be deemed as forfeited
• Purchased stays are not exchangeable for cash

• Purchased Accommodation Package is non-refundable and is not for re-sale or other commercial purposes

• The package price includes accommodation for 2 adults. Please be informed that a supplement charge of HK$900 plus 10% service charge and 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax per night will be applied for the third person aged above 18 years old sharing the same room

• If you need an invoice, Hong Kong hotels cannot provide consumption invoices due to the different tax systems in Hong Kong. You can ask the front desk for a Hong Kong dollar bill voucher after checking out
