• This gift certificate is valid for one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. The card cannot be extended and is not valid after expiration
• This gift certificate is valued at HK$100 and can only be used at the Cake Shop at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, excluding Festive and sandwich items
• This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers
• Most orders have a 24-hour advance order policy, for special cake items available on eShop, please refer to the specific order period 
• Same day redemption of the gift card is subject to the availability of cakes and pastries based on the inventory at the time
• This gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash, services and other products
• The gift certificate is valid for one-time redemption only. Any unused portion will not be refunded. exchanged for another gift certificate, or redeemed for cash
