  • Each email confirmation can be used once only and is not exchangeable for cash.

  • Lost email confirmations will not be replaced or refunded.
  • Purchased Four Seasons Mooncakes are non-refundable and are not for resale or any commercial purposes.
  • Purchased Four Seasons Mooncake vouchers will be available for pick-up at the Cake Shop from June 8, 2026. Please specify in the remarks if you require early collection of gift vouchers.
  • Redemption is valid for pick-up at the Cake Shop only from August 7 to September 24, 2026, between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm. No extensions will be granted. Guests must present the email confirmation upon redemption; otherwise, the original price will be charged.
  • Please provide at least 72 hours’ notice prior to your preferred collection date by contacting the Cake Shop at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong at 3196 8708 or via email at shop.hkg@fourseasons.com.
  • In case of any dispute, the decision of Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong shall be final.
