Terms & Conditions:

• The Spa Voucher can only be purchased through the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong eShop
• The purchased physical Spa Voucher will be available for collection at the Spa located on the 6/F of the Hotel. The physical voucher must be presented upon redemption
• An e-voucher will be provided to your registered email within 12 hours of a successful purchase and must be presented upon redemption
• Spa Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash. Any unutilized balance cannot be refunded, carried forward, or combined
• The Spa Voucher is redeemable for any Spa treatments and Spa retail products at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong
• The Spa Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotions
• Lost Spa Vouchers will not be replaced, and their value will not be refunded
• Purchased Spa Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be resold or used for other commercial purposes
• Redemption of the Spa Voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, and no extension will be allowed
• In case of any disputes, the decision of Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong shall be final
• Advance reservation is required, and this voucher is subject to availability. Please indicate the use of this voucher when making a reservation

• 電子禮券會在成功購買的12小時內以電子郵件發送,兌換水療中心禮券時必須出示作憑證
• 水療中心禮券不可兌換現金。未使用的餘額亦不可退還，結轉或合併
• 此水療中心禮券適用於兌換香港四季酒店水療中心療程或換購任何零售產品
• 此水療中心禮券不可與其他優惠同時使用
• 遺失的水療中心禮券將不予補發，也不會退還其價值
• 水療中心禮券不可退款，也不可轉售或作其他商業用途
• 此水療中心禮券有效期由購買日起計一年內使用並不可延期
• 如有任何爭議，香港四季酒店保留最終決定權
