Executive Pastry Chef Ringo Chan introduces his latest creation – the Hong Kong Milk Tea Kataifi Bar – a sophisticated reimagination of the beloved Dubai Chocolate that preserves its distinctive crisp texture while celebrating local culinary heritage.

This artisanal chocolate features two captivating layers: the upper layer combines Kataifi pastry with Ceylon black tea powder and almond chocolate sauce, while the lower layer presents a rich milk tea chocolate ganache crafted from Ceylon tea, evaporated milk, and cream. Together, they create a textural contrast and authentic flavour profile that transports chocolate enthusiasts to the nostalgic experience of Hong Kong's iconic cha chaan tengs.

行政餅房主廚陳永雄 (Ringo Chan) 推出最新傑作——港式奶茶脆脆朱古力。這款精緻朱古力是備受喜愛的杜拜朱古力的創新演繹，保留其獨特的酥脆口感，同時展現本地飲食文化的精髓。

此款手工朱古力分為兩層：上層以Kataifi酥絲配以錫蘭紅茶粉及杏仁朱古力醬；下層則以錫蘭紅茶、淡奶及忌廉調製成濃郁的奶茶朱古力軟心醬。兩種質感相互輝映，完美重現香港標誌性茶餐廳奶茶的地道風味，帶領朱古力愛好者踏上味蕾懷舊之旅。
