• Each ticket is valid for one person 
• Please note that tables will be arranged by the restaurant
• Please present confirmation email upon arrival; in the absence of a ticket, the original price (HK$1320 net) will be charged
  
• The price includes a 10% service charge
  
• Pool Terrace is an outdoor area. In case of weather issues, the Pool Terrace team will reach out to the contact person for further arrangements
• Each ticket can only be used once and is not exchangeable for cash
  
• The ticket cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotions
  
• Lost ticket will not be replaced
  
• Purchased tickets are non-refundable and not for resale or other commercial purposes
