Terms & Conditions:

• The voucher can be redeemed for the assigned treatment and can only be purchased through Four Seasons Hong Kong eShop
• The Spa voucher will be available for collection at The Spa, located on the 6/F of the Hotel. A physical voucher must be presented upon redemption
• The Spa voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions
• Lost vouchers will not be replaced, nor will their value be refunded
• Purchased Spa vouchers are non-refundable and not for resale or other commercial purposes
• Each Spa voucher can only be used once. Spa vouchers are not exchangeable for cash
• Unutilized balances cannot be refunded, carried forward, or combined
• The Spa voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, and no extensions will be allowed
• Blackout dates apply to all public holidays

• 已購買的水療中心禮券可於酒店6樓的水療中心領取。兌換此禮券時必須出示實物作憑證

• 遺失的禮券將不予補發，也不會退還其價值
• 水療中心禮券不可退款，也不可用於轉售或作其他商業用途
