• Under the laws of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business. By placing an order, the customer confirms that he/she is aged 18 or above. The customer may be required to present valid identification as proof of age upon collection; failing which, the order may be withdrawn
• Purchased items are for takeaway only. A corkage fee will apply if they are consumed in any hotel restaurant
• Each email confirmation entitles the holder to redeem the purchased item
• Each email confirmation is valid for one-time use only and is not redeemable for cash
• Email confirmations cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions
• Lost email confirmations will not be reissued, nor will their value be refunded
• Purchased items are non-refundable and may not be resold or used for any commercial purposes
• Redemption is only valid on the selected pick-up date between December 1 and December 31, 2026, and no extension will be permitted. Guests must present the email confirmation upon redemption. In the absence of an email confirmation, the original price will be charged
• Purchased items may only be redeemed during the above-mentioned period at the Cake Shop on the Lobby Level of Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• A 72-hour advance purchase is required
• In the event of any dispute, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision

• 電子確認郵件持有人可憑電子確認郵件兌換已購買之貨品
• 每封電子確認郵件只可使用一次，且不可兌換現金
• 電子確認郵件不可與其他優惠、折扣或推廣活動同時使用
• 如電子確認郵件遺失，恕不補發，亦不會退還其價值
• 已購買之貨品不可退款、轉售或作任何商業用途
• 電子確認郵件只適用於 2026年12月1日至12月31日期間所選之提貨日期當天 兌換已購買之貨品，逾期無效且不可延期。兌換時必須出示電子確認郵件作憑證；如未能出示，須按正價付款
• 賓客可於上述期間每日上午10時至晚上8時，前往香港四季酒店大堂樓層餅店領取已購買之貨品
• 此貨品須於提貨前72小時預訂
• 如有任何爭議，香港四季酒店保留最終決定權
